Is it possible for the GSA to take my GSA contract away? Is there a minimum amount of sales that I must achieve with my GSA contract?
Yes, but only if you score low on the Contractor Report Card, or if your GSA sales are under $25,000 in the first two years, or $25,000 each year after.
The most common reason for a low score on the Contractor Report Card is a lack of compliance with the terms and conditions of your GSA Contract. For example, selling items under your GSA number that are priced higher than agreed upon.
Another major violation is selling products/services under your GSA Number that are not listed on your contract. Similarly, it is a violation to perform services outside of the scope of work for your SIN’s. For example, if you have a GSA Contract for Facilities Maintenance, you can not perform medical staffing services.
